HFCL, Godrej Properties and Gravita India to see some action today

KPI Green Energy has energised an additional 35 MWp of solar capacity, taking its total operational IPP capacity to 589 MWp

HFCL has entered into a five-year supply agreement with a customer for the supply of high-quality, high-fibre-count Optical Fiber Cables (OFC), through its overseas wholly owned subsidiary. The total potential value of the contract over its tenure is estimated at around $1.10 billion equivalent to Rs 10,159 crore, based on prevailing selling prices of OFC products being supplied. 

Godrej Properties (GPL) has acquired around 44-acre land parcel in Coimbatore through an outright purchase. The company plans to develop a premium plotted residential project with a developable potential of around 1.1 million sq. ft. and an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 450 crore. The proposed development will offer a well-planned residential layout featuring quality infrastructure, landscaped open spaces, and community amenities aligned with GPL’s design and sustainability philosophy. 

Gravita India has signed definitive agreements for acquisition of 98.95% stake of Rashtriya Metal Industries (RMIL) for a total consideration of Rs 559.08 crore. The transaction is expected to be closed on or before March 31, 2026. 

KPI Green Energy has energised an additional 35 MWp of solar capacity, taking its total operational IPP capacity to 589 MWp. With projects currently in hand, the company remains well on track to commission an additional 1,582 MWp in the near term, which will expand its total IPP portfolio to 2.17 GWp. This continued capacity addition further strengthens KPI Green’s position as a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP). 

Landmark Cars is set to expand its footprint in Hyderabad by opening a new Mahindra & Mahindra (‘M&M’) workshop in Kompally, Hyderabad. This workshop will help Landmark in catering to high demand witnessed in the existing two M&M workshops in Hyderabad. This workshop will be established in one of the wholly owned subsidiaries of Landmark Cars, namely, Landmark Mobility.

Natural Capsules’ subsidiary -- Natural Biogenex (NBPL) has executed definitive Framework and Contract Manufacturing Agreements with Fermbox Bio to jointly advance fermentation-based Contract Development and Manufacturing (CDMO) services. Under this collaboration, Fermbox will provide advanced fermentation technology and equipment placement of up to Rs 60 crore at NBPL’s state-of-the-art facility in Tumkur, while NBPL will undertake licensed manufacturing, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. 

ACME Solar Holdings (ASHL), through its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. ACME Sun Power, has commissioned the second phase of 33.335 MW/160.51 MWh out of 300 MW/1409.34 MWh capacity of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project located at Village: Badi Sid, Tehsil-Bap, Dist: Phalodi and Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The Commercial operation date (COD) for the stated phase-II shall be March 14, 2026.
