Educomp Solutions informs about appointment of statutory auditors
In furtherance to earlier communication dated December 23, 2025, Educomp Solutions has informed that the Members of the Company at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on March 10, 2026, has approved the appointment of GDR & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 15088N), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five years to hold the office from the conclusion of the 31st AGM till the conclusion of the 36th AGM of the Company. The necessary disclosures required pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO /CFD /PoD2 /CIR /P/ 0155 dated 11th November 2024 is once again enclosed as Annexure- A.
