Kernex Microsystems (India) has entered a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with Bharat Heavy Engineering for developing Moving Block System integrated with ATS and ATO on the Kavach platform and CTC.
Under the agreement, the company will hold a 51% stake, while Bharat Heavy Engineering will hold a 49% stake in the proposed JV. The shareholding ratio may change depending on project scope.
