Keto Motors has informed that pursuant to the approved Resolution plan and approval of the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 06.08.2025, the Name Clause of the Memorandum of Association be and is hereby altered by substituting existing clause I with the following new clause I: I. The name of the Company is ‘KETO MOTORS’. Further in the Articles of Association, the name ‘TAAZA INTERNATIONAL’ be and is hereby substituted by ‘KETO MOTORS’, wherever mentioned. The company has enclosed a copy of the certificate of the name change.
