Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule Ill of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, Rites has informed that the company has received Work Order from Public Works (Roads) Directorate, Government of West Bengal for consultancy services as Project Management Consultant in connection with ‘Construction of a proposed 4 lane extra dosed bridge over river Muriganga including approaches connecting Kachuberia (Sagar Island) with Kakdwip in the district of South 24 Parganas’.
