Marathon Nextgen Realty has informed that the Company has received the disclosures from Ansuya Ramniklal Shah, a member of the Promoter Group, pursuant to Regulation 7(2)(a) read with Regulation 6(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, regarding the acquisition of equity shares. Accordingly, it enclosed the said disclosure and take the same on record in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 7(2)(b) of the SEBI PIT Regulations.
