The company has launched its own brand ‘Manohar Agro Popcorn’ for Maize
SSMD Agrotech India has undertaken a strategic expansion of its business operations by entering into the import of agricultural commodities. As part of this initiative, the company has successfully undertaken its first import of Maize, marking the commencement of its international sourcing operations in the agri-commodity trading segment.
Further, the company has launched its own brand ‘Manohar Agro Popcorn’ for Maize, aligning with its umbrella brand ‘House of Manohar’, under which the imported maize will be marketed and distributed in the domestic market. The launch of ‘Manohar Agro Popcorn’ is aimed at strengthening the company’s brand presence in the maize and agro-commodity segment while expanding its footprint across the agricultural value chain. This strategic initiative is expected to enhance the company’s product portfolio, sourcing capabilities and market reach, thereby supporting its long-term growth strategy.
SSMD Agrotech India operates its business under the name of 'House of Manohar' (HOM). HOM is primarily involved in the manufacturing, trading and repacking of various FMCG products under its owned various brands including Manohar Agro, Super S.S., etc.
