Acceleratebs India’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Accelerate Next Inc has executed and completed the acquisition agreement with Beanstalk Web Solutions LLC to acquire 100% stake in the Beanstalk Web Solutions LLC, an Entity incorporated under the laws of United States of America. Consequent to completion of the acquisition on March 06, 2026, Beanstalk Web Solutions LLC has become a step-down subsidiary of Acceleratebs India. 

The purpose to acquire Beanstalk Web Solutions LLC in the United States of America by Accelerate Next Inc is to support the company’s long-term growth, expansion, business development and strengthening global presence. However, the company expects long-term strategic benefits. This acquisition is expected to enhance consolidated revenues and provide access to new customers.
