Elegant Floriculture & Agrotech India has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Deep Diamond India for the proposed sale of agricultural land owned by the company. The consideration received from sale/disposal of land will be Rs 18.00 crore. The sale/disposal is to be completed within 6 months.
Elegant Floriculture & Agrotech (India) is engaged in the growing of cut flowers in India. The products of the company include Steel, Flowers, and it also generates Income from brokerage & commission.
