3i Infotech gains as its arm bags service purchase order from leading renewable energy company

3I Infotech is currently trading at Rs. 13.48, up by 0.09 points or 0.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 13.39 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 13.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 13.78 and Rs. 13.22 respectively. So far 15258 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 25.98 on 11-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 13.16 on 04-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 14.25 and Rs. 13.16 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 279.57 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.58% and 85.42% stake in the company respectively.

3i Infotech’s material wholly owned subsidiary -- 3i Infotech Inc. has received a service purchase order from a leading renewable energy company. The engagement involves providing support services to enable the customer’s IT operations in Texas, United States. The total value of the purchase order is $300,000 (around INR equivalent as applicable). This is establishing a strong foundation for a scalable, long-term strategic partnership.

This engagement strengthens the company’s international services portfolio and reinforces its growing presence in the renewable energy and manufacturing sector in North America. The said order is expected to be completed in 185 days.
