PTC Industries informs about investors meet
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PTC Industries has informed that officials of the Company will be meeting the Investors/ Fund Manager/ CIO/ Analyst/ Head of Research at Head Office in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 11:00 am Onwards. The discussions during the meetings will be based on publicly available information and no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be shared. The schedule of the aforesaid visit is subject to change due to exigencies on the part of the Investors or the Company. In case of revision of Schedule, the same shall be communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
