Currency futures for March expiry trade weaker with 13.16% increase in OI
The partially convertible rupee is currently trading at 92.2850, weaker compared to its Monday’s close at 91.4925. The rupee opened at 92.05 and touched day’s high of 92.35 and low of 92.05.
The March currency futures were trading at 92.4350 with a spread of 0.0050 and a volume of 6,78,590. The contract opened at 91.30 stronger from its previous closing of 91.6425. The open interest (OI) stood at 14,97,695 up by 13.16% compared to its previous close of 13,23,520.
