Vishal Mega Mart has informed that the Company has made all the required disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, that have a bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company which includes all price sensitive information, etc. from time to time, within the stipulated timelines to the Stock Exchanges, where the Securities of the Company are listed. Further, they assured that the Company will continue to make disclosures, as required under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
