INOX India informs about notice of EGM
INOX India has informed that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, March 26,2026 at 12:00 pm through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Notice of the EOGM is also uploaded on the Company's website and can be accessed at www.inoxcva.com. The Company has fixed Thursday, March 19, 2026 as the cut-off date for ascertaining the names of the members holding shares, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the business to be transacted as per the Notice of the EOGM and to attend the EOGM. The said Notice of EOGM is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent/ Depositories.
