To consider and approve the draft Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting. 2. To consider and approve convening an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company on 30th March 2026 through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). 3. To appoint a Scrutinizer for conducting the e-voting. 4. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
