Fratelli Vineyards has informed that the Calcutta Stock Exchange (the CSE) vide its letter ref: CSE/LD/DLL/18011/2026 dated February 23, 2026, received today through courier, has granted its approval for voluntary delisting of Fratelli Vineyards (the Company) from the official list of the CSE effective from February 24, 2026, under SEBI (De-listing of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021. This is further submitted that the Equity Shares of the Company will continue to remain listed and traded on BSE.
