Solarworld Energy Solutions’ wholly owned subsidiary -- ZNShine Solarworld (ZNShine) has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Intelenergi Global (IGPL) on February 24, 2026. This MoU outlines the mutual understanding between the Parties for cooperation in the marketing and supply of solar photovoltaic modules, manufactured by ZNShine at its Roorkee factory, with an indicative capacity of 25 MW during the validity period.

Under the MoU, ZNShine shall offer its solar modules for marketing to IGPL, supply modules manufactured at its Roorkee facility, facilitate exports, and allocate production subject to confirmed purchase orders. IGPL shall market the modules through the retail channel across India, develop export opportunities in approved markets, provide quarterly demand forecasts, and ensure compliance with the prescribed brand and technical guidelines.

Solarworld Energy Solutions is principally engaged in the business of solar power plant set up, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) etc. The company, together with its subsidiaries, associate, and joint ventures, is primarily engaged in the business of solar power plant set up, EPC, solar accessories, and undertakes related construction/project related activities.
