Pursuant to the relevant provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Meta Infotech has informed that the Company has received renewal order from one of the financial services sector entity (Domestic Company) amounting to 2,46,01,001/- (Excluding GST) for subscription of licenses for endpoint protection and cloud workload security for the period from 20th February, 2026 to 19th February, 2027. The details required as per SEBI Circular for Corporate Announcement filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed Annexure-A. All the orders received are in the ordinary course of business.
