Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Newtime Infrastructure has informed that the shareholders, by means of resolutions passed through Postal Ballot, approved the amendment to the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company. Disclosure as required under Securities and Exchange of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as 'Annexure A'.
