Bijoy Hans informs about receipt of request for reclassification
Pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘Listing Regulations’), Bijoy Hans has informed that the Company has received request from Ashok Patwari, Ashim Patwari, Sushila Devi Patwari & Shweta Patwari, who are presently classified as part of Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company, for reclassification to public category by their letter dated 23rd February, 2026. The necessary steps will be undertaken by the Company in compliance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 31A (8) of the Listing Regulations. The company has enclosed the copy of the request letters received from Ashok Patwari, Ashim Patwari, Sushila Devi Patwari & Shweta Patwari, as Annexure to this intimation.
