SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (‘SEBI Circular’), Game Changers Texfab has informed that the board of directors of the Board at its meeting held on Monday, February 23, 2026, has considered and approved Incorporation of a subsidiary Company in the name and style of ‘Game Changers Attirex’. The disclosures as required under Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular in relation to the subsidiary is enclosed as Annexure -A. The meeting of the Board commenced at 02:00 pm and concluded at 04:30 pm.
