With reference to letter dated 3rd February, 2026 wherein the company had informed that the Board of Directors of the Company had approved the request of the applicant for reclassification of her status from Promoter group category to Public category, Excel Industries has further informed that the company had submitted the application for reclassification of status of Promoter to Public, along with all requisite documents, to BSE, for approval. The initial submission was made via Corporate Announcement on 6th February, 2026, followed by a submission through the Listing Module on 10th February, 2026.
