Orient Electric has informed that Aditya Kohli, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company vide resignation letter dated February 24, 2026, after approximately 4 years with the Company. His last working day would be March 24, 2026 (close of business hours). The relevant details with respect to the said resignation as prescribed under Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure I. Copy of the resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure II.
