Repono informs about outcome of board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Repono has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., 24th February 2026, has taken note of Incorporation of Subsidiary namely REPONO GW Company in Saudi Arabia and approved transfer of funds towards subscription amount. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:30 AM and concluded at 12:30 PM. The outcome of the board meeting is being made available on the website of the Company www.repono.in. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as ‘Annexure - I’.
