Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Shree Refrigerations has informed that the Based on the recommendation of Nomination and remuneration committee, the Board in its Meeting held yesterday  23rd February 2026, approved the appointment of Tanmay Mukund Pethkar, as Company Secretary (CS)  and Compliance Officer (CO) (Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, with the effect from 23rd February, 2026 on the terms and conditions as per the letter of appointment. Details as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A, Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular: HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 with respect to appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer has already been provided in outcome of the Board Meeting and same is enclosed as Annexure A.
